Convenience
As part of the residential program Vandercook students will receive a meal point plan.
Points may be used at Sodexho outlets,which include Center Court, Café a la Carte, and the
University Club.
For convenience, commuter students may want to consider purchasing a UCuisine Card to access meals
with out having to carry cash. More details below.

Where to use your meal plan

Center Court - Center Court, located in the middle of the McCormick Tribune Campus Center
(MTCC) serves as the main board plan dining facility. Daily options include grilled items
such as hamburgers and chicken sandiwches, soup, salad, pizza, a variety of grab and go items,
and daily specials. Hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30am - 10:30pm and Saturday and Sunday from
11:00am - 6:30pm. On weekdays dinner ends at 6:30pm, however, you can unwind with a beer or
glass of wine and pub grub in Center Court until 10:30pm. Bonus points (in accordance
with your meal plan) cash, and credit cards may be used at this location.

Café a la Carte - Café a la Carte, located in the Hermann Union Building (HUB) main lobby, provides coffee,
sandwiches, soups, chips, soft-drinks and snack food (candy bars, cookies, etc).
Café a la Carte is open from 7am-3pm Monday-Friday. Bonus points (in accordance with your meal
plan) cash, and credit cards may be used at this location.

University Club - The University Club in the MTCC offers a served meal when you want a more relaxed atmosphere.
Open 11:30am - 2:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Other Options
Although not a part of the VanderCook meal plan, there are a number of other option that round out the food
offerings on campus.

7-Eleven - 7-Eleven, located in the MTCC just across from State Street Village, is open 24 hours a day.
Visit 7-E for a late night snack or to pick up an item you forgot from home.

Global Grounds Coffe Café - Global Grounds located in the MTCC just across from State Street Village and
next door to 7-Eleven is the place to pick up a premium cup of coffee and your favorite muffin or scone.

UCuisine Card
UCuisine Cards are prepaid, declining balance, debit cards where value may be added in any amount after an
initial purchase of $25.00. UCuisine Cards may be purchased from and used only at Sodexho outlets. Sodexho outlets include
Center Court, University Club, and Café a la Carte.
